Pastor Wally

Senior Pastor

Pastor Wally serves as the Senior Pastor of Inner Heart Ministries, where he leads with a father’s heart, spiritual insight, vision, and faithful teaching for the congregation he lovingly calls “the family.” With a heart for excellence and a passion, and the great desire is to see people know Jesus personally, discover who God created them to be, and grow in a real Christ-centered relationship. Through compassionate shepherding, intentional discipleship, and community building, he helps equip believers to walk in purpose, serve with love, and become all God has called them to be. He also oversees Men of Heart, the men’s ministry of Inner Heart Ministries.

Co-Pastor
Pastor Tania serves as Co- Pastor, partnering in the spiritual leadership and pastoral care of the church “the family”. She is passionate about the lonely, rejected and loves God’s Word, mentoring women, and walking alongside families through every season of life. She leads Women of Grace, our women’s ministry, creating opportunities for spiritual growth and authentic community.

Together, they stand committed to serving God’s people, building authentic community, and advancing the Kingdom with faithful hearts.

She leads Women of Grace, our women’s ministry, creating opportunities for spiritual growth and authentic community.

OUR VISION

To see every woman embrace her identity as a beloved daughter of God, walking in grace, standing in faith, and shining His light wherever she goes.

Our purpose is to come together to deepen our relationship with God through His word and prayer. To uplift, encourage, and empower one another through prayer, fellowship, and service, nurturing hearts that are rooted in Christ. To share devotion, pray for one another and our families, stay connected to each other, support one another through life’s seasons with compassion and understanding and to serve our family, church, our community, and one another with love and humility.

DIRECTOR OF HOSPITALITY

To  oversee IHM’s hospitality ministry by ensuring that every person who enters the church experiences a welcoming, warm, and spirit filled atmosphere that reflects the love of Christ.

Our mission is to foster a welcoming environment that sets the tone for first time visitors as well as long time members to experience the love of Christ through genuine kindness, intentional care, and a spirit of excellence.

Equipping children to believe, belong and build as they discover their identity in Christ and fulfill the call to make disciples.

DIRECTOR OF CARING HANDS — NURSING HOME MINISTRIES

We thrive to make connections and life long relationships with our seniors to get them closer to Jesus and familiar with the word. While engaging in activities and prayer. Our role in their lives is crucial, and a reminder of God’s love and purpose in all of us to serve, especially in a time in life where some may feel lonely and vulnerable due to their current chapter in life. We serve as a reminder of God’s giving nature, grace and compassion.

DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

Community Development Department focus on expanding IHM’s reach into the South Amboy and surrounding communities through outreach initiatives, strengthening how we engage and operate in our community, and supporting the ministry’s growth through fundraising and grant development.
